The story of creating "Choko" traditional rice beer and "Phap" or "Bakhor" the main ingredients that make the rice beer. Choko is an essential part of Rabha customs, including ceremonies, feasts, and events of any kind. We Rabhas drink Choko as a drink.

Our ancestors claimed that eating this Choko could cure their exhaustion, physical ache, and other ailments caused by working hard in the paddy fields. However, excessive use can lead to addiction and harm to our health.  So it's best to preserve our traditions and culture intact. Enjoy it as part of our tradition.
